The OLR NYC VOW (Virtual Office Website) Platform is the most comprehensive Broker Reciprocity Solution offered to NYC residential brokers. available as a Plug-In Moduleto any existing website or as a custom API Solution. OLR is an approved AVP (Affiliated VOW Partner). We have developed an web-based platform named OLR NYC VOW, specifically designed for the New York City residential brokerage community to showcase RLS listings to customers who visit their website. Visitors to the site can access thousands of listings vis-à-vis a real time searchable data platform. OLR NYC VOW is available solely on a licensing basis based on a 12-month term. The platform includes data and content transmitted through the REBNY Listing Service (RLS), Building Data cultivated by our own research departments as well as proprietary content entered and maintained by the end users. Unique to this market, OLR NYC VOW data is maintained by a daily staff of 10 people whose primary responsibility is to maintain, manage and update the information in the database.
In addition to data, OLR NYC VOW provides the end user with an extensive library of building elevation photos and apartment floor plans.
